What Do White Spots On Foreskin Indicate?

Question: I've had some white spots on foreskin for a couple years which have somewhat subsided but now have little white dots on penile head and now a small red rash in spots on glans as well. No pain and no problem retracting foreskin. Have used perrins creme complete and seems to help with white spots on foreskin and elasticity of foreskin. Do you think this could be bxo or lichen planus? Thanks

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed white spots on foreskin and glans penis and have doubt about them to be due to BXO or Lichen Planus..

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are these spots discrete or there is patch of white skin ?
2) Is it possible to upload photograph of your penis ?

The precise diagnosis about BXO or Lichen Planus can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist .

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Spots are numerous with some patches underlying i will attatch picture white spots are towards the tip mostly and red rash on side of glans there are also some brown spots but have been there as long as i can remember

It does mot seem to be BXO or Lichen Planus.

Consider this as a infection of Foreskin and Glans (Ballano Posthatitis) and take treatment suggested in my reply earlier.
