Brief Answer:
Possibility of chemical urethritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I dont think it is an STD or UTI. It could be a chemical urethritis. Do you use a soap etc to clean genitals/ glans? Sometimes soap bubbles can get inside urethral opening and irritate the lining mucosa of urethra.
I suggest you to avoid soaps. Use just plain lukewarm water to clean the area.
Drink plenty of water. You may also take 2 tsf of Citralka syp with a glass of water, 3x day.

Symptoms still remain , even though it has become slightly milder only . Sometimes experiences mild abdominal and back pain .. penile Discharge though less cloudy and sticky now still repeats , especially during stool. Would azithromycin single dose help ?
Brief Answer:
I wont advice azithromycin
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I would suggest you to test for genital herpes.
Since yours was a protected sex therefore usual causes of urethral discharge and burning i.e gonorrhea and chlamydia seem very unlikely hence I wont suggest azithromycin.
You may nevertheless screen for genital herpes since it can be acquired even during protected sexual encounter.

Brief Answer:
Better to screen for herpes and rule out this possibility
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Rarely, genital herpes can present with burning/ stinging along urethra or urethral opening. These symptoms may also be part of the prodrome of genital herpes.
However, I still feel that your symptoms are most likely due to chemical urethritis.
