What Do Whitish Scaly Patches On The Hands Indicate?

Since many days my hands are getting dry and turns into whitish scaly patches(shown in the pics) when the temperature is low . Also, my hands sweat a lot when its hot. Is this skin turning white scaly patches due to dry skin or there is some other underlying cause for the same? Is there any treatment?

I went through your query and also saw the images you have attached.
Dryness of skin in winter season is a pretty common phenomenon.
Our XXXXXXX skin is not used to low ttemperature like western people. So if you are non costal resident where the air is dry and less humid, during winter seasons the skin cells become dry and die off causing this whitish flaky appearance and if you rub on it, it can make white powder like substance too.
You can overcome this with application of moisturiser creams available in market. There are multiple creams available so you can choose any company made and any flavour you want. Basic cream like vaseline will also work.
Sweaty hands in hot temperature is a normal phenomenon found in some people. You do not have any abnormality with either problems. Don't worry.
