Question: U/s report showed hypoechoic mass lesion along anterior uterine fundus with measurements 2.3, dorsal aspect @9mm, and inferior urinary body up to 8 mm? Should I have any concerns!

Brief Answer: possible fibroid Detailed Answer: Hello, According to the report, you have a lesion, possibly a fibroid, on the uterus. Its only 2.3 cm which is small, compared to general standards. It doesnt require surgical intervention as yet, unless its symptomatic. You havent mentioned anything about your symptoms or why you had the U/S . Mostly, small fibroids less than 3 cm dont cause much symptoms can dont need surgery. Nothing to be concerned about.
