What Do You Recommend Cold Feet, Muscle Spasm On Legs For Very Low ?

Question: Condition: Cold feet, muscle spasm on legs for very low activity i have kept my legs still for most of the day straight for a week (for abscess pain) ,this caused cold feet (only the lower legs were cold) and then spinal anesthesia for the abscess surgery meant my legs super still, and so later that day my legs muscle cramps (from thighs to feet) worsened, so cold feet was not the only issue. heat massages relieved the pain vaguely, and only after 8 hours of harsh cramps I discovered changing sides on legs so that one side doesnt stay on pressure for long time, relieves the cramp pains. going out( to hospital for dressing wound) makes them normal but at night i still have cold feet due to inactivity with an open wound after surgery after 20 days now, i can walk comfortably and hopefully i can do some activity.. what do you recommend i should do? do i need medicines? what are your recommendations?

im sorry but the writing in new lines vanished in this app so the paragraphs got congested together

Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. I think cold feet and pain is from the spinal abscess. Neuropathy pain you can try acetaminophen or NSAIDs (nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs). After surgery you also need to see physiotherapy. Do you have any leg swelling? Or Shortness of breath? You need to reevaluate with your doctor to see if any complication from post operation.
I hope that It can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I hope you have good health.
