Question : What do you think about a breathing device called acapella? Supposed to improve breathing for people with COPD.
Brief Answer:
you can use it safely
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern
Acapella device help to keep the lungs clear of mucus so the COPD patients can breathe easily. It causes the airways vibrations which further moves the secretions outward the airways.
In my opinion this device can help you and you can use it safely 2-3 times per day especially in the viral situations .But try to be careful in cleaning its valve with warm soapy water, rinse it and dry.
I hope to have been helpful
