Melanoma metastasis and liver hemangioma has typically different characteristics and these can't be misdiagnosed.Don't worry about this.
Liver hemangioma are generally incidental finding and it is generally diagnosed when investigation is done for other purpose.
It typically shows enhancement of contrast in late phase which is typically not seen in other tumours.It is a benign tumour made up of blood vessels and generally only require follow up.
It may need surgical excision if there is some complications.
Whereas skin melanoma metastasis in liver may have variety of appearance.It is generally hypodense in appearance.
