What Does ECG-12 Lead Without Rhythm Mean?

Question: what does ECG-12 Lead without Rhythm mean? I had a pre-op ecg and the finding was Heart Attack and Acute Coronary Syndrome. No one raised this as an issue and I proceeded to a herniorrhaphy. All is well after surgery.
Brief Answer:
Need examination & Imvestigations...
Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
ECG is Electro Cardio Gram
Rhythm strip is done separately or along with routine recording
Acute Coronary Syndrome means threatening heart attack / an attack in evolution - a situation unlikely to undergo surgery, unless it is surgery on the heart itself or a life threatening emergency
Probably misrepresentation or misreporting of the record!?
A cardiologist can assess and help further. The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation. Examination and more investigations are necessary ...
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
