What Does ECG Showing Sinus Rhythm Mean?

Question: I am a 27 year old male who just got an ecg done a couple days ago. The ecg revealed sinus rhythm, slight inferior repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, LV overload or aspecific change. What does this mean and how serious should I take this? Would changing my diet and increasing physical activity change this result?
Brief Answer:
Normal ECG findings...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your ECG report and I have notices normal patterns, no pathologies. The sinusal rhythm and early repolarisation patern (interpreted by the ECG machine as slight inferior repolarization disturbances) are normal ECG findings and not pathology. No sign of ischemic problems were found. Please bare in mind that the ECG analizator is automatic and reports these findings as abnormal; while they are not.
I suggest to
- do cardiac ECHO
- stress test
- follow a healthy diet
- do more physical activity
to prevent future problems.
Hope it helped! Let me know if you have further questions!
