Brief Answer: No antibodies Detailed Answer: Hi, Antibodies are produced by human body against viral antigens. On the basis most of the HCV tests only checks for antibodies. If it is non reactive that means the body does not contain antibodies against HCV infection be it present or in the past. These tests would not say about viral particles.
