Brief Answer:
You are not having a heart attack...
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!
I would like to say don't worry about heart attack. You are not having a heart attack.
From the results I see a slightly lower than normal HDl cholesterol which is a independent risk factor for atherosclerosis. Keep in mind that atherosclerosis may lead to heart attack after years (twenty years) and not immediately.
This is why I recommend a healthy lifestyle without smoking, alcohol, animal red meat and withalot of physical activity. This will help to avoid dislipidemia and atherosclerosis.
Hope this was of help!

What about stroke ?
Brief Answer:
There's no immediate risk for stroke..
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome back!
Stroke or heart attacks are clinical manifestation of atherosclerosis (due to atherosclerotic plaques). It needs time for atheroslerotic plaques to be formed inside arteries. As I mentioned earlier there's no immediate risk for Heart attack and the same is for stroke. I recommend a healthy life style to prevent future complications (after 20 years).
Wish you all the best!
