What Does Serum Immunofixation Test Says On The Basis Of Polyclonal Increase?

Question: Hello,
My mother already has osteoporosis and a fatty liver, and high blood pressure. She's 68. She's under control having regular blood tests.
Her recent Serum immunofixation test says on the basis of polyclonal increase, lgG kappa monoclonal gammopathy has been observed and there is suspicious view of lgA and Lambda. I have attached the image. https://www.hizliresim.com/2t9djy9

Brief Answer:
Immunization results suggest polyclonal gammopathy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through all your lab reports.
The immunization results show elevated Ig A ans G along with elevated Kappa and lambda light chains.
These values suggest a polyclonal disorder rather than monoclonal gammopathy.
Autoimmune diseases are a major cause of polyclonal gammopathy.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations to look for evidence of any autoimmune disorder.
All other lab values are within range.
Thanks and take care
