Question: St junctional depression is non-specific. This is the interpretation. St Dur = 78ms. FYI, I am a 31 yr old Hypertensive male. What does this ECG indicate?

1. Done without any specific reason.
2. No, used to some 5-6 years ago but not that much.
3. My father has high BP & my mother has RBBB. But my mother has gone through multiple surgeries for some other reason.
4. Aten 25 once a week for last couple of months. But started BP medicine since 2019. At home, BP is normal but when I go to doctor it increases.
My local physician said ECG is fine but asked for a 24 hr BP check.
