Hello, these are acne only and try not to pick on them.
You need to wash your face at least thrice a day with a face wash and avoid excess of exposure to environmental impact like dirt and smoke (use a helmet or scarf if you use a bike for commuting.
On the lesions apply ointment with clindamycin and adapalene Twice a day for 3 days.
In case they increase in number or size despite of these then visit a dermatologist for examination.
