Brief Answer:
Most probably it is a urinary stone

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted black spot that you have passed in urine is mostly a small urinary stone.

You need to get investigated to rule out the possibility of any ore stone in the urinary tract.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get the following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Ensure to drink more water to prevent stone formation.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards,
Dr. P. T. Patil, Urologist
