Question: I have a bone spur that is starting to grow on my lower in jaw. What are the odds it is cancer.

The chances of it being cancer is less. It could be cancer if:
1. If the bone spur is growing very fast, its size is increasing by 1-2 cm every 2-3 months.
2. It is very painful
3. You had no injury at the site.

Get an X-ray done. It will confirm the diagnosis.


It should be benign, however, get an X-ray done for confirmation.
