Brief Answer:
Need to see a dermatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
You seem to have developed a mole over the face .
Owing to differential colours ,the lesion surely needs to be assessed by a magnifying lens or a dermoscope by a trained dermatologist so as to see if it is just a naevus or a seborrheic keratosis or if there is anything to be worried about.
So I would surely advice you to get it checked by a nearby dermatologist.
