Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your concern. I have looked at the picture.
I could make out that there are 2 raised lesions with a central necrotic, whitish, slough. Were you able to wipe off the whitish thing?
I would like to gather some more information from you in order to be able to help you better.
--Do you have any symptom over the bumps?Pain, burning, itching?
--Can you upload a few more clear pictures of the lesions, for me to able to have a good judgement?
Regards

the two whitish is not able to wipe out, does not pain , kind of itching / disturbance when the foreskin covers . i have 3 lesions ..i have posted the picture third one also. Iam afraid whether it is herpes...or uncurable viral infection. Doctor if you have a telephone number please let me know iam eager to explain and talk about this .
Brief Answer:
Not an STD, antifungal cream for itching
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the pictures. Does'nt look like Herpes. It is more like an inspissated, accumulated secretions of the glands, present over that area. I would suggest that you leave them as it is, as they don't seem to be an STDs.
Sometimes, a mild candidal infection can produce itching sensation. For that you could use a topical antifungal cream (candid-B cream) twice daily for 5-7 days.
However, you should always practice safe sex using a condom.
