Brief Answer:
STDs - herpes simplex virus infection and HPV
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I have viewed the image.
I can see a cluster of sores on one side of anal margin along with a fleshy growth.
Seems like the sores are those of herpes simplex virus infection (HSV) and the growth seems like a HPV wart. Both of thee are STDs. Therefore, you must screen for all STDs including HIV.
For herpes I would suggest an oral antiviral e.g either Valacyclovir or Acyclovir whereas the wart can be either frozen with liquid nitrogen or you may use podophyllin cream for it.
These are prescription medications and I advice you to talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.
Regards
