What Does A Constant Urge To Urinate Indicate?

Question: I over this last weekend was in vegas and went to the strippers pretty well drunker than anyone needed to be, anyway I'll never do this again but I know at one point in the back room she was giving me a hand job, and at one point had my balls in her mouth, I'm really not for certain if anything else happened but I really don't think so at best she may have put her mouth on my penis at some point but I was being careful about that if I remember right. Ever since I feel like I have had to urinate every 5 minutes, what stds am I at risk for here if so? So far day 5 I think there isn't any signs of herpes and it doesn't burn to bee but I certainly have the urge to pee a lot. Could I have gotten a urinairy tract infection? I'm married and basically scared to death.

Brief Answer:
Sounds like a Urinary Tract infection more than an STD

Detailed Answer:
This sounds more likely like urinary tract infection than STD.

Trying to differentiate the two is hard. Clearly STD testing and urine analysis are very useful in these cases, but I don't think that you need to get tested just yet.

You can wait for 5-7 days and see what, if any, changes occur to the penis. if there are no changes, then you can ignore the incident.

If there is any discharge then you should do an STD test.

If only frequent urination is present then you can seek out basic urine analysis and maybe a prostate ultrasound of the symptoms are persistent.

If the testing comes back positive for infection, then cultures will be needed and you will need antibiotics.

Fr now just wait and watch over the next few days.

Wish you good health. Regards

What are the real chances of catching an std from this case? I mean I really don't think my penis was ever really in her mouth but lets just assume it was for a second? I've also heard that anxiety can cause frequent urination and that very well could be my case if so? Could anything more serious have happened here that I should worry about such as hepatitis or anything?

Brief Answer:
hi and welcome

Detailed Answer:
even if there was mouth-penis contact, the risk for viral infections such as hepatitis or HIV is negligible. std risk is bit higher but still chances are generally low and i dont see reason to worry. yes it can be sign of anxiety too and in this case it should improves in short time.
