Brief Answer:
You may take.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
The reason for Chronic kidney disease (CKD) leading to rise in creatinine levels are many and most common being Diabetes and Hypertension.
The best way to keep creatinine under control is to keep Blood pressure and blood sugar under great control.
As far as these supplements for kidneys like Renelog are concerned they don't play a role directly in saving your kidneys but yes they provide you a supplement to help your kidneys fight with issues going around.
To be very honest there is not a single drug including Renelog on earth who can help you save your kidneys from damage.
However as discussed previously they can help you but not greatly.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
