Brief Answer:
Most probably a Sebaceous cyst, lipoma, hemangioma
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The most probable causes I can think of for the lesion you gave the explanation for is:
Sebaceous cyst.
Hemangioma.
Lipoma.
May need surgery as this looks to be in an area of pressure and is growing. Surely needs clinical correlation and any further investigations are required.
Please provide the report of the CT scan whenever ready so that I can guide you specifically. Please feel free to upload/attach pictures of the affected area for further assessment.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
