Question : Yes my daughter has a mole that has changed the last couple of years she was born with this mole at first it was dark and perfectly round with only one color. Now its dark brown that fades into light Brown and has more than doubled in size the size now is a little bigger than a pencil eraser is there any other physical symptoms I should look out for ?

Mole is harmless mostly. In your daughter's case its size has increased with color change. You need to look for pain on pressing over the mole. Other symptoms are usually not associated at this stage of lesion, but it is must to consult a local dermatologist or surgeon. He/she shall clinically examine the mole and may suggest biopsy of the area.

We're you able to look at the picture I uploaded ? Also there is no pain with it at all. Is there any physical symptoms associated with skin cancer besides the mole?

Most common site for this kind of mole (those associated with cancer) is leg in females and back in males. Physical symptoms like decrease appetite, fatigue, nausea or vomiting can be associated with present at later stage if it was a cancer. Further the growth can be slightly elevated above the surface.
