Brief Answer:
Suspect ? prostate cancer to be ruled out first.....

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

Antigen is fine..But the score is high of course..Nothing to worry.

What about your real complaints ? like dribbling of urine/burning micturition and also urine characteristics like color etc.

For time being encourage alkaline fluids like lime juice..I wish to suggest tablet urispas 0.4mg at night for the next 3 days..If you get lower abdominal pain(central),seek immediate medical attention..

We need to wait for the biopsy report for further management

Hope my answer is helpful..Further queries are welcome..

Regards
