Brief Answer:
For now, monitoring is the best aspproach.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the image.

I have reviewed it. It doesn't seem to be exactly suggestive of a growth. I think it represents blood under the skin that might have leaked from the blood vessels during this time. My advise is that you should monitor this for now. If there is any increase in size, then we would look further. However, its initial features are not suggestive of a life threatening condition and you should not get bothered just now.

I will like you to update me with further images at your convenience and most especially if there are any worrisome changes that you may want me to take a look immediately.

I wish you well.

I SUBMITTED ANOTHER PICTURE OF OTHER PEOPLE WITH CANCER AND THIS IS A GROWTH SIR THAT ONLY RISES IN THE SUN OR HEAT. IT HAS TO BE DUE TO SOME KIND OF SUN EXPOSURE THEN.

Brief Answer:
Please, this is far from being cancer!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up information.

Please, this is clearly not cancer. Cancer of the skin would not increase spontaneously in the sun and the rapidity of symptoms is not suggestive. I may not be able to tell what this is right now but am pretty convinced this is not cancer. If you obtain more information, share we me and it would be helpful.

As of now, there is no immediate threat/concerns about the nature of this spot/growth that I reviewed. My advice is to monitor and if there is need for more action in future, we would make that decision then.

Until next, I wish you well.

DON'T YOU THINK I SHOULD LIMIT SUN EXPOSURE IF IT'S FLARRING IN THE SUN THOUGH AND OTHER PARTS OF MY SKIN ARE BURNING AND PEELING?

Brief Answer:
Definitely, you should!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sun exposure is not good for the skin and more so for whites. This is one of the main risk factors for cancer of the skin. If you can limit un exposure, make sure you do. If you cannot, always try to use a sunscreen lotion to protect the skin from aggressive ultraviolet rays that can cause cancer. Also, always drink enough fluid while working under the sun. Your dressing should also strive to cover as much of the body especially when working in the sun.

I hope that helps. Thanks for drawing y specific attention to that. At times we stop thinking it is evident to our clients of which it might not be the exact case.
