Hello,
Thank you for the picture. This looks like Dupuytrens contracture which is thickening and scarring of the palmar fascia in the hand. This is a benign condition and it can also sometimes affect the soles of the feet and occasionally the penis where it causes deformity, called peyronies disease.
Most of the time there is no definite cause for this condition although it can be associated with liver disease.
If you can place your hand flat on a table top then their is no need for treatment at present. As soon as you start to get a contracture in your hand that stops you from doing this then you should see a hand surgeon.
If the nodules in the palm become particularly red and swollen then occasionally steroid injections can be of benefit.
