What Does A Hard Lump On The Soft Palate Indicate?

Question: Hi Dr, I’m an 52 year old male. I have Hard (Soft) lump just on top of my soft palate next to uvula . The lump was pink or red, medium, painless and no bleeding. three weeks ago I found it but before I didn’t noticed. My family don’t have any mouth problem. Also I visited to my GP and referred to Oral Surgeon in the hospital. Could this be dangerous? And what remedy I need to do. Also I uploaded my lump photos. before this lump touch with my tongue but not hurt. now lump little bit reduce after warm salt water Gargles . I am not a smoker. I've Diabetic and High blood pressure. I don't have any cough or throat problem now or before. From Last September I am on Paleo Diet(LCHF) for weight loss. also Last two months I eat lots of Green Chilies, Jalapeno with Salad and hot meat curry and before sleep take Apple cider vinegar. Now I stop take taking Apple cider vinegar. because for that Lump in my soft palate

This is a warty growth on the soft palate. It can be a viral lesion or a malignancy.
The best way to reach a diagnosis is palpation and examination. My advise is you should visit an ENT SPECIALIST or an oral surgeon. This may need a biopsy from the lesion. The treatment will depend upon the examination and histopathology report.
A viral wart can be treated with cold ablation.
If it is a malignancy, the biopsy report will decide the mode of treatment.
