In the presence of diabetes and hypertension, high CRP can mean an increased risk of a heart problem. It's not a very high CRP. It can just mean inflammation somewhere in the body. Therefore it's not specific for one medical condition.
Along with lifestyle measures can be taken like reducing milk products, lowering salt intake, lowering sugary foods and juices.
Best is to exercise daily for at least 30 min a day. In her age at least walk and yoga should be done. Aerobic exercises are best.
She can stay followup every 6 months to 1 year with any cardiologist that is near the house.
She can go for ECG every 2-3 years or if there is chest pain under cardiologists guidance.
