Never smoked. Hypertension is a problem. On meds for years but it is still is uncontrollable at times. Take two meds 2x a day. Very breathless, have mild asthma, cough, and edema feet is a problem at time. Said at first that there appeared to be something wrong with lymph nodes in lungs.

Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
So in my opinion you are having congestive heart failure (CCF) due to uncontrolled hypertension.
Edema feet, pericardial effusion, breathlessness, prominent hilar markings etc are features of CCF.
And treatment of this is diuretics.
Please let me know
1. What is your 2 d echo report?
2. Which drugs you are taking?
