What Does A Lump Around The Anus Indicate?
Question: ok, this how it is
morning poo, goes well, but when wiping it takes a while to cleen, but right now it hurts and very tender and when sitting down it is very uncofterbull , I drive a lot druing theday, and theres the lump bit bigger than a pimple ubove the anis, its giving me the irats do ihave to see a gp or not , I dont want to, dont feel really goid about some one lookimg there I think its a little embasing , at least someone could to is give a direction to go

I appreciate the privacy but i want to reassure you that the doctors are the lockers of their patient's secrets and only patient's will works up as a key to open them.
SO stop feeling embarrassed and seek help.
Now the lump around anus is either haemorrhoid or a prolapse Depending on its circumference. If lump is all around anus then it is prolapse. if it is somewhere around anus like at 3 o'clock, 7 o'clock etc, then it is a haemorrhoid.
Associated anal fissure can not be ruled out too as tenderness is usually associated with that.
it is grade 3 haemorrhoid at least and it needs surgical correction or in case of a prolapse it needs surgery too. Get to a general surgeon and let them take care of you.You are not alone in this. Every five amongst hundred person has haemorrhoid s and all of them seek doctor and let them take care of them. So stop worrying and seek help and let them help you with it.
