Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached image. The small swelling that you have noticed is likely to be a small retention cyst or sebaceous cyst of the skin. it is a small benign swelling that is usually harmless. it becomes painful only if it gets infected.
Any precautions will not help in reducing its size. Avoid handling or scratching in the area to avoid any infection. it can be removed surgically if it causes a discomfort.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
