Question: A mass cane out of my anus last night , picture attached , and it was bleeding heavily. This morning it has subsided but i an afraid to have a bowel movement. I believe it was the hemmeroid that had been bothering me for several days

However other reasons like a polyp should be also ruled out. You should also have hemoglobin level checked. Pleasr consult a surgeon with this issue. Rectal examination should be done at first.
