Question: I noticed today that I have a new mole between legs. It is small and looks normal, my concern is that is new.

I have NOT visit the doctor yet.

I understand your concern.
Causes like increasing age, friction etc can lead to new moles or skin tags.
Usually normal moles have features like, smaller in size (less than 0.6 cm), even surface, borders and color, symmetrical in appearance, without any discharge etc.
You need to observe the mole periodically.
If you develop any deviation from normal features like increase in size of the mole, loss of symmetry, surface becoming irregular, color changing, discharge from the mole etc, please do consult your doctor and get evaluated.
