According to your pictures it seems to be angular cheilitis which is inflammation of the corners of the lips usually associated with yeast infection or deficiency of vitamins.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream on the affected area twice daily and take some tablets containing B complex vitamins like tablet supradyn once daily for 2 weeks.
This should resolve it.

i take vitams that contains all vitamins everyday
