Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. There is a possibility that it was as a result of insect bite or trauma. I would suggest you to wait & observe for few days. Hopefully it will resolve itself in 4-5 days. Following are the signs that would require your urgent attention:

- Increase in size
- change in overlying skin color
- lump becomes painful
- multiple lumps are formed at multiple sites.
