What Does A Pus Filled Pimple On The Upper Lip Indicate?

Question: after performing oral sex on partner .... two days later i got what looked like a zit on my upper lip it was yellow and full of puss i popped it and it oozed yellow puss. now it turned a abit red ... what is this? is it a pimple or is it herpes ?

Related your concern and based on your history (unprotected oral sex) I think maybe this could be just a simple pimple (pustule) but is better to exclude first syphilis and HSV 2 doing RPR-VDRL and TPHA test and HSV 2 IgG.
