No, it does'nt look like a wart. I would rather think that it is a fungal infection(Tinea cruris), this being common at this site because of sweating.
I would suggest you to try an OTC topical antifungal e.g Clotrimazole cream, twice daily for 2-4 weeks.

Anything else that it might be? I looked at Tinea cruris and it doesn't look like what I have. Its just a single red bump. Looks like there might be a white head in the middle of it but hard to tell due to the location.

It is not classical florid presentation of Tinea. Google pictures are classic representations of the disease.
Tinea usually begins as a small papule and then it expands at the periphery with scaling and central clearing.
An OTC antifungal is worth trying OR else what you can do is, get a KOH wet mount preparation from this lesion to confirm whether it contains fungal elements or not.
