Brief Answer:
Urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Hello
This type of rash is seen in urticaria, an allergic condition.
I would like to know few more details.
1.Is there any itching ?
2.Do you have history of any other allergic disease like asthma in past ?
3.Does the previous area become normal when rash spreads to other parts of body?
2.Any thyroid disorder ?
Please answer the above and if possible upload a photograph of the affected area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and a better line of management.
There is an option to upload photos on right side of query page.
Please utilize it.
Thank you

It is only itchy and sometimes sore when the welts are moving into a new area.
The previous area returns to normal straight away except the eyes themselves remain sore for awhile.
There is no known thyroid disorder.
At the moment I am not able to send photo but the areas come up as welts and when under the eyes they are saggy bags full of liquid.
Brief Answer:
acute urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Hello
You are probably suffering from acute urticaria with angioedema.
It is an allergic condition characterized by development of itchy welts and swelling of eye lids.
Treatment can be with anti histamines.
Also get RAST test done.
This test is done to find out the causative agent of allergy, which can be avoided.
Thank you
