Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Your symptoms are suggestive of fungal infection.
You should take antifungal tablet, ointment and vaginal passeries.
you should drink a lot of water, maintain vaginal hygiene, use cotton undergarments.
Always use condom before sex.
If your symptoms not resolved then please consult a gynaecologist and get your examination and investigation done to rule out the cause.

No, no rash developed after taking the antifungal injection it was just a burning sensation that about 30 minutes later disappeared. I wanted to know if that is normal and if I should continue taking the antifungal injections. Im supposed to take them two more times.

I finished the three day vaginal injection medicine and now I feel much better and the itching burning and iritation is gone. But I am having this creamy discharge and im assuming its the cream from.last night from the medicine but the alarming thing is that its red. I feel.no pain or anything but I was just wo if this red discharge is normal
Last night was my last injection and the discharge is not a lott
I should also add that I have just stopped taking my birth control pills several days ago. So could the blood droppings be a side effect of that?

Brief Answer:
Yes! It may be the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sorry!for the delay.
Yes! this red discharge may be a withdrawal bleeding of oral contraceptive in that situation you should wait and watch for your bleeding.
If it is so then bleeding will stop automatically and if it continues then you may required gynaecologist consultation to see the cause of bleeding.
One thing I want to add here that your fungal infection may be because of oral pills so please you should not take these pills without consulting your treating doctor.
I hope this will help you, if you have more queries please ask, I will be happy to help you.
