Brief Answer:
Fungal infection of skin to rule out first...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The dry skin with red dots seems to be possible psoriasis. However, fungal infection of the skin should be ruled out. Therefore, I advise to run microscopic examination of skin scrapping with 10%KOH to rule out fungal infection of skin.
With regards to black hand fingers, if you do not remember to have injured them, I advise to run:
- complete blood count to exclude anemia
- nail bed scrapping examination or/and biopsy to rule out local problems : fungal infection or others
Hope it helped!
