It can be either a fungal infection or STD. I would suggest you to show it to a skin specialist. Till that time you can start taking Doxycycline. Avoid sexual intercourse meanwhile.

I don't have any other bumps other than that and haven't had unprotected except maybe once almost 10 years ago, I had a condom on but I'm not sure if it was still on late

Brief Answer: Condom is not hundred percent protective Detailed Answer: I agree with you that condom prevent std but it is not hundred percent protection . So from your symptoms it is either STD or a fungal infection. Avoid very tight undergarments, keep your groin are dry. Take Dixycycline Doxycycline, and show to a STD specialist. I hope you will be fine soon.
