Question: I have a red blistery-looking nodule below the corona. It looks wet but isn't . I am not sexually active. It's been there for a month or so. It looks like a blister. It's medium sized.

Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and picture. It looks like a chancre of syphilis. If you are not sexually active then it most unlikely. In such case it an be treated as eczema.
I would suggest using ointment with combination of anti bacterial like gentamycin , anti fungal like miconazole and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application. It is better to take doxycycline for 1 week to be on safe side. It is a prescription medicine and you can approach a GP for that.
