Hi
Thank you for the query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It is not clear about type of rash, duration, other symptoms, exact site, number, morphology, drug intake history etc. You can upload photos, reports and investigations done if any.
It may be due to simple infections(bacterial , viral, fungal etc) including herpes zoster, allergies or contact dermatitis .
You can apply calamine lotions to alleviate, if not dry and is burning in the area.
Awaiting other details...
Thank you

Herpes zoster infection?
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
The photo shows grouped vesicles in the axillary area.I hope it is same in the back.
It may be due to herpes zoster infection.confirm this with your doctor. You need to start with antivirals like acyclovir and take in prescribed dose for at least 7 -14 days along with anti inflammatory analgesics.Topical antiviral or antibiotic creams may be applied. The earlier you start treatment better to avoid any future complications like residual neuralgic pain.
Hope you consult soon your doctor for confirmation.
If you are satisfied you can Close discussion or ask further clarifications.
Thank you
