Rash
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to health care magic.
Thanks for the photo. It looks like urticaria or hives. It is a type of allergy. The common triggers are food, medicine, insect bite, infections, infestation etc.
I assume that you have not taken any medicines and you have not developed any infections like sore throat, cough, fever etc
The usual food causing wheals are fish, meat, brinjal, apple, peanuts, eggs etc.
The treatment for urticaria is long acting antihistamines and cetrizine is one of them. As cetrizine alone is not acting please add another anti histamine Allegra 180. You may take this once a day in the morning and cetrizine at night. If not improving in 2 days consider seeing a dermatologist.
Hope this helped. Take care.

sore throat
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back.
Sore throat could be the trigger for urticaria. It may even be the lozenges. Usually infection triggered urticaria subsides when infection is cured.
I recommend you to avoid XXXXXXX lozenges. Take salt water gargles thrice daily.
You may start Allegra. Azithromycin is an antibiotic with the least allergy potential.
Hope this helped. Take care.
