Hello dr
He has had the symptoms for one week today. There is no discharge no fever and no shivering. He's has never had this before his results of all his urine tests and blood tests were all negative. I don't have access to snap the results to you I apologize for that.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Continue the antibiotics.Nothing to panic.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the quick revert madam.
I am glad that all the tests were negative.
Since the tests were negative his symptoms are probably due to infection for which the antibiotics are prescribed.I would advice to continue the antibiotics which have been prescribed by your physician and complete the course.
Kindly refrain from sexual activity until he gets well.
I would suggest to use potassium citrate syrup which are urinary alkalizers so that it will reduce the burning sensation.
Advise to keep the affected are dry and wear loose garments to avoid friction locally. It will take 1-2 weeks time to completely heal.
Hope this helps.
