Will over the counter product Monistst be all I need to use or can you recommend another over the counter product to use? Thank you
Brief Answer:
monistat is enough
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Monistat is enough to control the infection. You may start that. You need to consult doctor to take oral anti yeast agents if your symptoms don't subscide in 7 to 14 days.
If this is first attack of infection monistat will help. If it is recurrent then you need to take oral anti yeast treatment . Oral tablets like fluconazole are prescription drugs and can't be got over the counter.
Over the counter you may take cetrizine along with monistat. Take Cetrizine tablet orally if you are having itching.
