What Does A Single Line On A Clearblue Fertility Monitor Indicate?

Question: I have been using the Clearblue Fertility Monitor and for 2 months it worked using 1, 2 and 3 bars, then last month only used 1 and 2 bars and this month it is only showing 1 bar throughout the cycle.

I have had fertility testing and everything is fine with me. I am worried I will never conceive if this monitor does not show ovulation.

Do you see I can conceive naturally please?

I understand your concern..

Single line means low fertility but it doesnot mean that you cant conceive in this cycle though the chance is less... May be in this cycle, your hormone levels are low.. Since you had 2 lines in the previous cycle, you can try for spontaneous conception in the next cycle..

It would be better to conceive at the earliest due to the age factor.. Get a follicular study from day11 to see the developing follicle and the exact date of ovulation so that you can have a timed intercourse..

In case ovulation doesnot occur properly ovulation induction drugs might have to be taken..

I have had all scans etc and I do ovulate

If the scan shows you are ovulating, then you can try for normal conception with the clear blue fertility test..

Since how long have your been trying for pregnancy? Is your husband's semen analysis done?

If the trial for pregnancy is more than 1 year, seek medical help to detect the cause of infertility..

All is well but I not getting pregnant been trying for 6 months but be told need more regular sex it only 1-2 times a week and sometimes miss a week. Is this really the key, cos people go out and just get pregnant aaagghhh

Dont worry.. Taking tension doesnot help.. Always have a positive attitude..

If you have a regular cycle, the date ovulation occurs, have sex frequently during that time, preferably daily in that particular week.. Soon after periods and just prior to the next periods you are unlikely to conceive.. So once or twice in that week doesnot matter..

Try weight reduction also.. Eat healthy..
