Brief Answer:
Anxiety neurosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The tachcardia is commonly seen in people with anxiety. Esp when one complains of lump in the throat we also suspect anxiety.
The ECG heart rate was high and it came down quickly to 84 later. The left atrial enlargement has to be confirmed with 2D ECHO. ECG cannot be perfect to say about enlargements.
The resting ECG or sleeptime ECG is better predictor.
Was thyroid tests done on you? Do you have blood sugar issues as well?
Once these were ruled out I suggest you to meet a Psychologist who can give you plan and methods to reduce your anxiety when it reaches high.
For now practice yoga and meditation which are known to help reasonably in anxiety neurosis patients.

Brief Answer:
Anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There are multiple reasons for your problem.
Anemia can be reason. Thyroxine medication can cause palpitations. TSH levels are reasonable and should not be worrying at this level.
You have a point about reactive hypoglycemia, check the blood sugar when you have palpitations or anxiety.
Did you meet an Endocrinologist for your problems? Please meet one.
My previous advise still holds good about meeting Psychologist for a behavioural therapy.

Yes madam I do keep worrying a lot and after this ECG which happens to be mine first. I am not terrified of dying because of heart attack. I am schedule to go for a full body check up on this Friday. I will then take an Psychologist appointment as well as suggested by you. Thank you Madam.

Brief Answer:
Psychiatrist cum Psychologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

In my opinion you should consult both Psychiatrist (who is the authority to pin point diagnosis and prescribe medicine) and Psychologist (who can give you main treatment of Behavioural therapy /Psychotherapy).
