Brief Answer:
Ganglion cyst or bursa

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

This could be a small Ganglion cyst or a fluid filled bursa that's overlying a nerve supplying the toe ahead.

Apply warm packs to the affected region. Wear soft protective footwear. You can apply pain killer gel to it twice a day to reduce the inflammation.

This shall allow the swelling to subside in a week. If it doesn't, do get an ultrasound scan of the swelling to find out its contents and upload the report so that we can decide the definitive treatment of the same.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
