What Does A Small Bump Under The Nipple Indicate While Undergoing Treatment For Nipple Dermatitis?

Question: About a year ago I went to the doctor about eczema on my nipples, they felt for lumps, took photographs diagnosed it as nipple dermatitis and gave me some cream to treat it. The cream works but the eczema comes back around once a month on my left nipple. I recently felt a seed shaped/size thing to the bottom right under my right nipple. I find it hard to find as it is so small, and I can't find it in my left nipple. I was wondering if this was normal or if it was benign, and should I get it checked by a doctor. Thanks

as possible for preventing repeated scaling.

* The seed-shaped thing at the bottom right under the right nipple is breast bud only;
